I am Dr Jeevan Jadhav Nashik Maharashtra
sharing my views on Ayurvedic medicines for and awareness during this coronavirus Pendemic.
We can use sanshamani Vati, Amruta ghan vati , Agastya Rasayan, chyavan prashavaleh for growing our physical immunity
Medicines like Sudarshan kadha and some nasal drops like anu tail, panchandendriya oil, vacha oil, dry ginger oil will also help increase physical strength and immunity power of lungs
By gargling with boiled lukewarm water with added some powder of turmeric and salt will decrease throat cough and it will strengthen our lungs track.
We can use pills made of turmeric powder +jaggery and sesame oil to reduce the dry cough by chewing them
Coronavirus (COVID 19 )is not only the national but a global vala.we all should face this endemic by following the rules and regulations laid Down by our State and Central Government time to time .The only way to keep coronavirus away from us is to stay at home, wash hands for 20 second by soap , use mask whenever necessary , keep safe distance from others, use sanitizer.
Our collective efforts and strong determination will definitely defeat coronavirus
