तसेच सुर्याच्या बाबतीत ही ग्रहणामध्ये ग्रहण लागल्यापासुन वा लागनार असेल त्या काळापासुन सुर्याची किरने ही रोखली जातात व त्यामुळे प्रचंड उष्मा तयार होवुन तो प्रुथ्वी, तेज, जल , वायु व आकाश ह्या महाभुतांवर प्रखरतेने आकर्षिला जातो

तसेच त्या काऴात झोपु नये कारण झोपल्याने कफ निर्मिती होते व कफामुळे आम निर्मितीस मदत मिळते..तसेच शरीरातील जलमहाभुत धातु स्थिर होतात
व त्याचे चलन वलन मंदावते त्यामुळे त्याकाळी न झोपता जागरुक राहावे व काही ना काही काम करावे.
बाहेर फिरु नये वा प्रत्यक्ष संपर्कात येवु नये..त्याकाऴात वातावरणातही बदल होतो त्यामुऴे गर्भवतीने बाहेर जाणे, खाणे टाळावे..म्हणजे त्या गर्भिणीला व गर्भस्थ बाळाला कसला त्रास होत नाही.
सर्वांनी घरात धुपन नक्की करावे, अग्निहोत्र करत असाल तर उत्तमच..
तसेच आपण ज्या धर्मांचे असाल त्या धर्मातील मंत्र, चांगली वचने तसेच ग्रंथ वाचन करुन मनावरील ताण कमी करावा..
